Return Policy

Hardware

All hardware follows the same return policy.  Returned hardware must be in pristine condition with no wear and tear, damage, nor abuse.  There must be nothing physically added to or altered on the hardware which includes, but is not limited to: stickers, signs, glue residue, tape marks, drilled holes in casings.  Any and all returns must include any and all components accompanying which includes, but is not limited to: cables and power plugs.  In addition to a restocking fee, any credit card fees incurred by the sale will be deducted from the credit. 

Return period begins either from the date of purchase or installation, whichever is earlier.

Software

Software can be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund.  After 15 days software is non-refundable.  


For software as a service, there is no refund or proration for previous periods.  Service can be cancelled with 30 day written notice (email or text will suffice as notice).

Other

Services, labor, software customization, shipping & handling are non-refundable.
