About Us
Getting Started
Point of Solutions has been helping clients since 2006. A few years prior Mark opened a pizza restaurant, built from the ground up. He found it difficult to find a high quality affordable point of sale solution. Drawing from his synergistic experience in retail, restaurants, and IT, Mark started Point of Solutions to help other restaurants with quality and affordable point of sales systems.
Moving into our office in 2008.
Our Team
Mark - CEO / Founder
After working through college in restaurants, Mark honed his customer service and IT skills at The Home Depot, then opened his own restaurant before establishing Point of Solutions.
Anne - CFO / Operations
Anne worked her way through college in restaurants before a twenty plus year career with The Home Depot, ending as Regional Director of Operations.
Lindsay - Projects & Programming Coordinator
Through and after college, Lindsay worked every aspect of the restaurant business including General manager.
Hollyecho - Support Tech
The newest member of our team, Hollyecho has been in the IT and customer service help desk industry for over thirty years.
